Mô tả công việc
- Process IT solution activities in the South for Internal:
o Receive the request from IT Manager, analyze, design and process tasks.
o Monitor the application development progress and report to IT Manager.
o Receive the request from Operation team, organize, analyze and provide the IT solution (included develop application if necessary) for that.
o Daily/Weekly report (and on demand report) IT solution activities to IT manager
- Develop IT application to support for operation team (Application, reports, macro...):
o Learn and co-operate closely with operation team (warehouse, transportation...) to understand and propose the IT solution supporting for daily operation.
o Understand the current software system (TMS, HR Payroll), customize/develop it to support for operation team (included implementation).
- Receive the requests from operation team especially (from warehouse and transportation), analyses, draft solution and call vendor for proposal and demonstration. And will be the window contact between vendor and operation team.
- Accept to go business trip (domestic/oversea), working on site offices (Binh Duong: Song Than, VSIP) if requested or during project implementation.

Yêu cầu khác
- Graduated from IT University
- At least 1 year of experience in IT field.
- Good programming skills: Visual C#, Visual Basic, VBA, Java, Python
- Good database management skills: MS SQL, Oracle, MS Access, MySQL (advantages).
- Good data analysis skills.
- Can make decision and work independently.
- Good at English communication (reading/writing).
- Worked in Logistics, Forwarder Company is an advantage.
- Have knowledge about warehouse/transportation operation is an advantage.
- Have good IT infrastructure knowledge (network, server system) is an advantage.
- Excellent organization skills
- A good team-playing mentality
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
