Thông tin tuyển dụng MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumping) Design Engineer for Highlands Coffee
Mô tả công việc
1. Design MEP systems for HC outlets that enhances the customer experience in term of comfort (quality of air & smells, room temperature, etc)
2. Design MEP systems that integrate needs of users (staff & customers) and requirements of equipments
3. Insure accuracy and quality of MEP design documents
4. Support other area or other Department when required
5. Constantly update relevant job-related knowledge and skills
6. Respect national design & construction codes for Building engineering
7. Champion quality through all steps of the MEP design process:
- Site survey of existing MEP systems in existing buildings & Site survey for new MEP systems in new building
- Production of sketches presenting MEP systems for approval by AM, following the Company’s approved standards and objectives.
- Production of preliminary drawings from sketches for approval by AM, following the Company’s approved standards and objectives.
- Production of MEP construction documents for approval by AM, following the Company’s approved standards and objectives.
- To be responsible of insuring the accurate implementation of MEP construction documents by the Contractor on the construction site, through regular site visits.
- Report to AM of any issue on construction sites by the mean of direct communication, as well as Inspection reports.
- Issue construction change notices when necessary on changes agreed on with AM
- Following all Company and Department policy and procedures
