- Receive and answer the reservation request from customer via phone - Take care casher - Update reservation situation day by day - Conduct customer support task via phone. - Maintain clean reception area - Corporate with other reception member when needed - AM shift and PM shift (6 days/week and 8 hour/day)

- Vietnamese has excellent English oral skill, especially via phone - Good solving problem skill - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment - Able to accept criticism from others - Proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed - Working time AM: 08:00 - 16:30, PM: 14h30 - 23h00, 6 days/ week. - For student, working time is negotiable based on school schedule.
