Mô tả công việc
• Oversee the production process, make daily and weekly production schedule;
• Ensure that the production is cost effective;
• Ensure the shop floor labor discipline
• Ensure that all SOPs are followed
• Control the wastages
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
• Be responsible for the proper operation of equipment;
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
• Review worker performance;
• Ensure that the production is cost effective;

Yêu cầu khác
• University Pharmacy Graduate
• Experience : 2 to 5 years in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies in Vietnam in Production of Oral Dosage forms and management of work force.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam MoH cGMP.
• Hands on experience in operating and understanding the function of Production machines.
• Working knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Experience : 2 to 5 years in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies in Vietnam in Production of Oral Dosage forms and management of work force.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam MoH cGMP.
• Hands on experience in operating and understanding the function of Production machines.
• Working knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
