The responsibilities of the TL are includes but not limited to the followings works
- To plan and manage all aspects of the 7-4-3 modules of operation and maintenance within the approved budget.
- To ensure that the technical operation of the Cafes are always smooth running, safe and complies with company standards.
- To ensure a consistently high standard of technical support as per Manual Handbook.
- Support Facilities Manager in study, research and build up Manual Hanbook.
- To maintain and develop as appropriate Health & Safety and Risk Assessment.
- Support NSO department in Opening and Closing stores.
- Have quick action plan to implement the troubles, record and report to line manager
- Manage and mornito the service suppliers: Hygen, Pest Control, Transportation, etc..
- Manage Speacial Cleaner and Gardener
- Manage staff working hours, material usage and tools/equipment using
- Maintain the Study and learn activities
- Alway research and develop new technology, tools, material that support and improve work efficiency.
- Sourcing, evaluating and reccomending the good vender/ suppliers to the Company.
- Asset management/ Inventory management
* Working place: Highland Coffee in Hai Cau, Son Tra or Thanh Khe.

- A minimum of 5 years of Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Construction/Building/Utility Management or related technical discipline and 5 years of progressive experience in utility/industrial maintenance/facilities operation, public works maintenance, engineering and prior supervisory experience.
- Must have experience in utilities/facilities maintenance management in a Restaurant, Cafes Store, or equivelent.
- Experience implementing work planning and controls methodologies, budget and scheduling processes into a utilities/maintenance organization .
- Thorough knowledge of methods, processes, tools and equipment to maintain/repair/build utilities, machines, tools, fixtures, buildings and grounds and competency in areas of safety and environmental compliance including knowledge of associated regulations.
- Experience and knowledge of electrical, gas, water and waste water maintenance , electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance and labor.
- Skilled in project management, conflict resolution, political adeptness, balancing workloads, and performing effectively under challenging conditions such as fluctuating priorities, changing assignments, and resources.
- Ability to effectively use computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. at a level of competence to produce presentations and reports suitable for Facilities and Laboratory Management.
