Develop the trade promotion plan and manage the execution of trade promotion programs to optimize the product availability and visibility at stores as well as to gain support from retailers.
Manage the point of sales materials and trade marketing activities (merchandising, POSM)
Collaborate with Sales team and customer service department to develop value added programs to build company equity and gain customer loyalty
Collaborate with data analysis department to analyse the reports of activities and provide recommendations and correction plan to ensure the optimal ROI
Collaborate with the branches to ensure all trade marketing activities communicated and implemented properly
Ensure that customer feedback is taken into account in building trade marketing plan by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.
Ensure all activities comply with company policy and legal.
Utilize market intelligence from different resources to identify trends, competitor activities and business opportunities. Adjust plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
Ensure that marketing strategies and activities are aligned with the overall company objectives
