• Develop and improve the administrative process, procedures and policies of office operations
• Control of office expense budgeting, office facilities and operating supplies
• Travel arrangement (Business, vacation, ticket, Visa, Hotel, Taxi card…)
• Assist Admin Manager in liaison and relationship building with external suppliers and partners for administrative corporate contract
• Organize event both internal & external such as business meeting, company party
• Manage internal employee communication: issue internal important memos
• Ad-hoc analysis as required

Yêu cầu khác
Knowledge of:
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Microsoft Project would be a bonus
• Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator skills would be a bonus
• Confidence to work in both Mac and Windows environments
Skills (Ability to):
• Must have good organizational and numerical skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects
