* Operation Tasks
- Consult, follow up Thai students' study closely and regularly with hundreds of American, Australias,European &Thai teachers. - Motivate and provide guidance, support for students' engagement to the program with 300 modules on rich multimedia self-study material, individualized learning path, zero waiting for the next online class. - Take part in some developmental research methodology aiming to students' study improvement and being applied in some Southeast Asian countries - Follow up the P.I.E.L.E. English learning process (Practice - Interactive - Exam - Lecture - Exam), which helps students feel more confident in speaking after three-month study - Manage students' study plan & their daily/weekly/monthly learning schedule via Innovative Management System " Manager Advisor" - Cooperate directly with many departments such as Admission Consulting; Class Operation; Teacher Management, Tester, Quality Control and Marketing - Report directly to the Team Leader and Manager
* Development activities
- Have an opportunity to become our manager - Take part in/ Support related-working departments in conducting pedagogical research/projects to enhance students' progress and effective learning materials applied for Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam - Join internal training sessions and development projects to increase Program's quality; Teaching Quality & Service Quality with hundreds of native teachers & thousands of students

Yêu cầu khác
- Vietnamese/Thai Nationality - Female/Male: aged between 22-35 years old. - Proficiency in English, Casec 550+; Toeic: 600; IELTS 5.5 or above - Diploma/Bachelor's degree program - Experienced in Customer Service /Customer Relations/Teaching or Tutoring English or related fields - Service Mind; Team spirit, Patient & Flexible, Active - Negotiation & well-handling hot issues' skills. - Able to work under high pressure, new challenge, & eager to learn. Also can adapt to a multicultural environment. - Able to work overtime/late/holidays - Proficiency in Communication skill, Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint
