- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements, including agency, promotion, sampling, supply, sales, information technology, procurement and supply chain, and other commercial agreements
- Competition law, data protection, food/feed law and other matters that may impact the business, including handling any related challenges from regulators or competitors
- Intellectual property matters/retail property support
- Assisting the business in managing special situations (crisis response)
- Reviewing sales and advertising claims and promotional materials in line with applicable laws, advertising codes and practice in the Region, including any point of sale materials, digital/social media, outdoor, TV and other media
- Providing guidance on specialist subject matter areas, e.g. corporate law, employment, regulatory or intellectual property as applicable to the candidate
- Working with the local and Group Law teams to preparation and review of packaging and labeling for all products
- Develop and deliver in-house training programs on best practices, Group policies, and applicable laws in relation to the above areas

- University degree in Law with multinational FMCG/retails experience
- General commercial legal experience (such as advising on marketing/advertising, negotiating commercial contracts, managing corporate compliance and acting in IP/trademark protection matters) is also desirable
- Strong presentation skills and training (non-lawyers) experience welcomed
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively with business clients in a fast moving business and operational environment to achieve stated business objectives while minimizing risks
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Due to the international nature of the Group fluency in other languages is most welcome
