Mô tả công việc
- Providing feedback promptly to customer inquiries in professional manner (phone, email)
- Speaking on the phone (Inbound & Outbound calls)
- Following-up customer inquires
- Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal and external departments

- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, express experience is a plus
- Friendly manner, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills (both in verbal and written Vietnamese / English)
- High EQ and good interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skill
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet and Power Point
- Hungry to learn and grow
- Team player: able to work well with team members in a high pressure
- High stress tolerance
- Attention to detail and accuracy
