● Be involved in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and other documentation prior to the event.
● Assist with Team Member interview process
● Provide classroom and on-the-job training to Team Members
● Motivate team members and manage the daily operations of the entire event.
● Perform managerial duties including cash management, reporting, staff scheduling, and training.
● Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by staff and guests.
● Ensure guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience together with their friends and families.
● Assist with general rink operations including working in other positions such as greeter, skate counter host, cashier, and other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
● Maintaining regular and prompt attendance.
● Assist in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures as needed.
● Mastering conflict resolution with guests

● Must have strong previous management experience.
● Must be able to work well in a fast paced team environment.
● Must be willing to work weekends, Holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation.
● Must be willing and able to clean and maintain ice rink (after receiving training and with proper personal protective equipment).
● Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
● Fair English skill.
● Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times.
● Must be able and willing to meet all IceNow Grooming Standards daily
