Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

General
• Control Product Specification & Color Target
• Receive and liaise new development request from Sales/Customer Services/Regional Office.
• Coordinate with HQ and communicate with Data Controller/ Graphic team in preparing artwork, specification & sample receipt for quotation and sample development.
• Create specification of each item into the system
• Distribute color target to Technical & Production Team before sampling
• Work closely with customer service team and production control team on project management.
• Finish tasks that are assigned by supervisor
• Working follow WI, procedure and ensure safety regulation
• Developing skills or new work method to increase effectivity
• Report to manager and daily system matic report on the progress of each project


Quoting
• Do costing in house & outsource
• Negotiation with supplier on cost, sample lead time and some outsource production planning
• Submit pricing to Sales and also to team members across r-pac regions

Sample Development
• Follow best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations
• Participate in the development of product marketing activities and strategic implementation plans.

Testing
• Follow up on tight design, sampling, fitting, testing, reporting and customer approval documentation and timeline

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Graduated from intermediate for printing, industries or relating, High school diploma

- Have printing skills
