* Monitor & forecast levels of upcoming levels demand for services and products;
· * Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
· * Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments.
· * Liaise with clients, supplier and transportation companies ( for cost ( load on – load off ) & schedule delivery)
· * Check and manage all cost related to warehouse & logistic (load on, load off, over time.. )
· * Keep a constant check on stock levels;
· * Overall manage and supervise activities of all warehouses including: input, store, output.
· * Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, setup layout space utilization, and protection of goods and make recommendation for improvement.
· * Keep stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate, ensure all transactions are recorded timely and exactly.
· * Produce report and statistics ( In/out status report, slowing moving report, nearly expired date and expired date reports ect…) regularly (on a daily, weekly and monthly basis )
· * Reconcile with accounting department and provide full explanations for any difference or problem
· * To review, revise and improve the Purchasing & Logistic management procedure; Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate the warehouse team in order to manage all warehouse activities in high efficiency
· * Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s manpower are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
· * Produce reports and statistics using computer software;
· * Other ad hoc assigned by BOM

University degree in business, with a focus warehousing, transportation, purchasing management or inventory control;
Experience in a warehouse management is preferred
Fluent spoken and written English;
Active and Honestly (Integrity) person;
Good problem solving and planning skills;
Ability to work independently and confidently with team work spirit;
Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization;
Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner;
Strong leadership skills. 5+ years Supply Chain, Logistics experience, with 3+ years supervisory or lead experience preferred.;
Good knowledge and experience about purchasing & logistic operations;
Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PPT;
