• Manage quality system, and be responsible for goods quality assurance of company
• Build up new ISO system, HACCP with QC team, Production team
• Plan and implement quality plan, ensure progress as quality plan
• Build and control all policies and plans relating to product’s quality
• Implement cost control policy, quality loss reduction policy
• Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures, practices and standard evaluation methods that will ensure product safety, quality and integrity, and compliance with local statutory requirements
• Develop an effective system to ensure product recall (if any) can be facilitated minimal cost
• Arrange and conduct the internal inspection from material to finished products
• Develop solution to enhance the quality of products
• Manage and train staffs on quality standards and procedures
• Other tasks will be assigned by line manager

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Animal Science, Food Science, Biological Sciences or related fields.
• More than 3 years experienced in same position in FMCG companies
• Deep technical knowledge in the areas of food safety, quality assurance and regulatory affairs
• Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
• Leadership skills, plans making & implementation skills
• Understanding of statistical process control programs is preferred
• Skills and ability in planning, continuous improvement of production
• Analytical and problem solving skill
