• Do initial legal support for customers
• Prepare quotations, renting contracts…as sales ‘s request
• Prepare sales report
• Assist sales director for preparation of ISO audits as needed.
• Manage meeting minutes, related policies, the exchanged information between company and customers, etc.
• Receive, manage and keep updating customer master data into system
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
• Assist sales team in seminars or exhibitions.
• Contact with accounting team for issues related to invoicing, payment, bill of exchange, commission for agents.
• Translate documents related to the sales activities from Vietnamese into English and vice versa
• Other tasks as assigned by sales director

Yêu cầu khác
• College /Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business administration or foreign language.
• Have 1 to 2 Years working experience in Sales Admin – Support, Customer Service Executive (real estate field). Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
• Good command in English (all skills)
• Familiar with MS Office; making sales analysis reports
• Good interpersonal and communication skill (ability to express ideas clearly in both written & oral)
• Able to cooperate successfully in a team as well as work independently under high pressure
