 Control and maintain the compliance (social, CTPAT & environment) in company - Control, make plan, follow up, improve and maintain the operations of department. - Make the training plan/ material and conduct the training to employees (this training relate company regulation, wage & benefit, CBA, CTPAT, environment, etc) - Audit the compliance status of company - Give the plan for improvement - Follow up the company’s correct action plan - Keep a close watch on new information, regulations, documents for updating - Contact to customers, authorities, or other professional organization. - Report activities to General Director and Headquarter  Control the FE (Factory Evaluation – quality system) in company - Work as document coordinator - Translate the new SOP/ form and update to bible in production - Make the training plan/ material and conduct the training to employees - Audit the FE status of company - Make the report and send to related dept and HQ - Escort the auditor during the FE audit - Give the plan for improvement - Follow up the company’s correct action plan - General Director and HQ  Audit the compliance (social, CTPAT & FE) in subcontractors - Make the periodic audit plan and inform to approved subcontractors (or audit plan with subcon which have not yet approved by buyer) - Conduct the audit in subcon and send the report to subcon and Head Quarter - Follow up the CAP and send the improvement result to HQ. - Escort the buyer/ auditor to audit the subcon for periodic or approval by buyer. - Support the subcon to improve the CAP of buyer - Report activities to General Director and HQ

- Passed the audits factory by: Kohl, Walmart, Li&Fung, Under Armor, GAP, HBI, A&F, San Mar; especially, with Target brand, reached both the green level for FE (score over 80) and pass the social compliance and CTPAT so the validation will extend to 1.5 years (instead of 1 year). - Attended the Better Work and improve the company status. - Passed the audit to take the GSV certification. - Passed the SCAN audit to reach 99.39% - Set up and control the compliance system in new factory, pass the HBI, Under Amour & GAP audit at the first time. - Reach level 1 for Higg Index which is verified by buyer.
