Mô tả công việc
- Provide business data and analysis to managers within organizations to assist in business decision-making and control, including strategic planning, pricing, discount, promotion, marketing investment, margin & customer profitability analysis
- Ensure financial data are accurately and timely reflected in financial systems by reviewing and diagnosing problems
- Involve with general management, working with managers to analyze cost, mainly on the analysis and reporting of a company’s financial position in order to provide insight into business performance
- Consult / recommend to related functions heads to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
- Working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions
- Act as an advisor to Function Head in formulating their budget submissions
- Review proposed budget submissions from Function Head for accuracy
- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
- Seek new ways to improve efficiency, involve in cost analysis and variance analysis strategic planning, long and medium term planning
- Other tasks will be assigned by line manager

- Lương tháng 13, trung bình 2 - 5 tháng thưởng theo thành tích cá nhân và kết quả kinh doanh công ty, bảo hiểm theo chính sách công ty, du lịch hằng năm
Yêu cầu khác
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing/ Commercial or equivalent. CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience of Business Analyst/ Management Accountant or Finance role for FMCG with modern ERP System knowledge
- Solid and professional communication skills, both oral and written
- Meticulous with strict attention to details
- Self-starter/self-motivator with strong analytical skills
- Ability to conduct logical checks on numbers & raw data/information
- Highly disciplined with impeccable work ethics & integrity
- Independent, entrepreneurial and resourceful – able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience of Business Analyst/ Management Accountant or Finance role for FMCG with modern ERP System knowledge
