• Calculate payroll and arrange timely, coordinate to other head of department to check the commission reports, prepare monthly payslip for employees.
• Complete the final compensation, severance allowance and other paperwork for leaving employees.
• Follow up and update validity of labour contracts, annual leave checkup.
• Follow up termination, hand-over in collaboration with resigned employee’s department manager, and admin person in charge.
• Cooperate with ensure the administration of payroll, all kinds of benefit, PIT, bonuses, final pay are managed efficiently and timely.
• Contact Tax authorities on new issues of PIT and inform to employees promptly.
• Updating information or policies, regulations, law relating to SHUI for proper implementation and keep updating to the HR Manager the changes.
• Data input HR software with all necessary information.
• Manage and monitor tasks related to C&B function.
• Plan and report on all matters on the job assigned on HR monthly report on time.
• Other tasks required by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu khác
• Bachelor degree Business Administration, HR Administration, Law or related fields
• At least 5 years experienced working in C&B positions for companies with scale of more than 500 staffs
• Good knowledge of Labor law, Social Insurance Law, HR policies and procedures
• Good communication and negotiation skill
