• To identify the key consumer insights and market opportunities/ threats which will drive the marketing strategy and annual plan • To bring the valuable insights from the evaluation of marketing programs to help marketing team in measuring the effectiveness of MKT activities on consumers and improving direction and execution of these marketing programs • To support sales function in defining the key distribution channel for their optimized system • To manage the execution of all types of consumer/ shopper researches, like Brand health Monitor, Usage & Attitude, Segmentation… • To manage the execution of trade/ sale research, like retail audit… for channel understanding & developing • Requirement for Monthly & Quarterly Report: monthly data topline, and quarterly integrated report (data) delivery which updated from both consumer & retailer tracking • Database Building: Build Consumer & Market database, Product Attitude & Usage, Key Drivers of Category/ by geography & demography • Build product testing Norm: Quarterly Norm Update • CMK Folder Management

Yêu cầu khác
• More than 3 years in Research, Product Planning, Brand management, especially in FMCG • Well knowledge of statistics & multivariate analysis and its application in data analysis • Well developed analytical skills with the ability to communicate the analytical results • Solid MKT & Marketing Research Knowledge • Intermediate technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office Software • Client-side experience is preferred • Quantitative research background is preferred
