• To identify the key consumer insights and market opportunities/ threats this will drive the marketing strategy and annual plan. • To bring the valuable insights from the evaluation of marketing programs to help marketing team in measuring the effectiveness of MKT activities on breeders and improving direction and execution of these marketing programs • To support sales function in defining the key distribution channel for their optimized system • To manage the execution of all types of researches, like Brand health Monitor, Usage & Attitude, Segmentation…, Retail audit… • To develop full analysis from the data gathered and research methodologies deployed and available in the market and seek for synergies with other similar research carried out across the group

Yêu cầu khác
• More than 3 years in Research, Business Analysis or Consumer Insights • Well developed analytical skills with the ability to communicate the analytical results • Solid Market Research Knowledge • Client-side experience is preferred • Quantitative research background is preferred • Experience in agricultural research is preferred
