• Create comprehensive Job Descriptions and write advertisement to post on job boards • PostJob Advertisements in appropriate sources, work with recruitment resources, and select effective ones • Screen, interview and sort the potential candidates, and perform check reference of candidates when required • Ensure the performance of candidate before shortlisting to other departments • In charge of the recruitment for staff level • Maintain candidate databases of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs • Welcome, provide the orientation for new employees • Develop the recruitment process to be more innovative and cost effective • Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
