• Create comprehensive Job Descriptions and write advertisement to post on job boards
• PostJob Advertisements in appropriate sources, work with recruitment resources, and select effective ones
• Screen, interview and sort the potential candidates, and perform check reference of candidates when required
• Ensure the performance of candidate before shortlisting to other departments
• In charge of the recruitment for staff level
• Maintain candidate databases of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs
• Welcome, provide the orientation for new employees
• Develop the recruitment process to be more innovative and cost effective
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu khác
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 2 years experienced in same position, prefer in FMCG companies
• Have strong skill in recruitment, searching and networking
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Interviewing and evaluation skill
• Can-do attitude, mature and proactive
• Time management skill
