• Develop strategies/plans and lead implementation of these strategies/plans to grow a brand, directly responsible for the brand’s health (consumer measures) and its in-market performance (volume, share and profitability)
• Drive relevant cross-departmental colleagues towards common goals for the brand in specific projects by leading a team to evaluate and launch new products and marketing initiatives. Tasks include market analysis, consumer research, concept development, advertising development, and launch plan development, execution, and tracking
• Constantly analyze consumer and market trends, and competitive situations to identify emerging segments, unmet consumer needs, and business issues and recommend action plans
• Manage marketing budget
• Manage and develop subordinates (assistant brand managers/brand executives)
